Software Engineer - C/C++ embedded realtime, UML, DSP, compilers
Senior Software Engineer is needed to provide significant technical input to the design, implementation and testing of embedded and general control software projects in a communications environment. My client is a technology focussed success story that has gone from strength to strength, this exciting opportunity is now open to a talented individual who can demonstrate strong C/C++, embedded systems control and real-time expertise in a communications related environment. Skills required include relevant degree, 5 years + experience in industry, solid C and/or C++ skills and experience, knowledge of embedded and real-time systems. low-level and high-level software experience.
Familiarity with digital communications is desirable including an appreciation of and experience with DSP techniques, Experience of C++ compilers - e.g. GCC or Visual C++, knowledge of UML notation and design methodology.
