Our clients are a leading multidisciplinary consultancy with a network of offices throughout the UK and Internationally.
Their expertise spans a wealth of sectors including health, education, commercial, retail, leisure, life sciences, transport and residential.
The consultancy arm of their business is very strong with an influx of work within CDM Co-ordination proving a need to recruit into this area.
They are looking for a Senior CDM Coordinator / CDM Team Leader to lead the London based team of CDM Co-ordinators and to provide a CDM Co-ordinator services to clients to ensuring compliance with CDM legislation.
This individual will have to be experienced in running a team of CDM Co-ordinators and to take on CDM projects in their owe right.. They must be able to organise the workloads of those in the team and communicate at all levels. They will also have to take financial responsibility for projects they are working on and for their team and become actively involved in Business Development, Client presentations and project submissions.
This position would be responsible to the Head of Health and Safety Services and working closely with other team members at various levels within different disciplines.
The role is based at the London office. However, travel will be required for site visits, other office visits or external meetings.
The right candidate would have a minimum of 5 years experience working as a full time CDM Co-ordinator on projects. Experience of multi million pound projects in both the public and private sector would be beneficial. And have Membership of the Association of Project Safety and/or NEBOSH qualification.
