CHEF DE PARTIE - 2 MICHELIN STAR £19000
A chef de Partie is required for a stunning 2 Michelin stared establishment,
Our client is looking for a Chef de Partie who has a strong Rosette or Michelin background, this is a serious position for a serious Chef de Partie
The menu is a seasonal Modern Menu using locally sourced produce where possible. All cuisine is made from fresh including all stocks, sauces, desserts, ect.
As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for working on all sections, with guidence from the sous and the head chef ensuring only the best cuisine is served.
As Chef de Partie you will have at least 3 years experience within a similar role and be looking for a position where you can progress further in order to enhance your culinary skills.
