Fantastic opportunity to join a very successful blue chip organisation based in the Manchester.
Our client, a leading insurance company, are looking to add a new team of 10 claims handlers / customer service advisors to their growing operation based in modern city centre offices.
Responsible for the first contact with customers who have either been involved in an accident, had theft from a vehicle or have committed accidental damage. You will be responsible for taking all relevant details of the claim down accurately, so a keen eye for detail is essential, along with the ability to show empathy and understanding towards customers.
Ideal candidates will come from a similar background and will be well versed on the questioning and qualification process, ascertaining the details and facts in order to make a judgement on liability.
