CLAIMS MANAGEMENT TELEMARKETING ADVISOR – OUTBOUND SALES / CITY CENTRE / CLAIMS MANAGEMENT ADVISOR / OUTBOUND SALES - WARM LEADS / NO COLD CALLING
Our Client is a well established Financial Services company operating over 12 years and continuing to go from strength to strength and is today one of the largest, most successful organisations operating within the UK.
They are now looking for several Claims Management Advisors to work within a target driven sales environment where they will be required to deal with potential Clients to assess their eligibility for a possible Claim with regards to any previous mis-sold finances.
These leads are generated through Outbound calling and they would then be passed over to the Confirmation Manager to convert.
Key Responsibilities of the role would include:
- To use all available sources to assess leads and obtain all relevant information for successful Claims
- Carry out a brief telephone interview with each client to ascertain the Client’s full financial history and their eligibility for a potential Claim using relevant and appropriate questioning.
- Pass successful leads onto Confirmation Managers and record information appropriately on the computer system.
- To work within Ministry of Justice & Data Protection Guidelines.
- To continually meet the objectives and targets as set by line management and strive to continually improve performance.
- Contribute to team ethos of striving for success.
Key Skills & Experience:
- At least 6 months experience in Outbound Call Centre or similar Sales environment.
- Able to demonstrate resilience and flexibility in a demanding and fast paced environment.
- Strong telephone manner, able to remain polite and courteous and use effective questioning and listening techniques.
- A self starter with a proven track record of Sales conversions over the phone.
