An experienced Property Client Accountant (able to use TBS TRAMPS, APB or ECS) is needed for a role within a property management firm in Birmingham within their friendly client accounts department. The company has an impressive portfolio of residential, commercial, retail and industrial projects that span across the UK.
As an experienced Property Client Accountant will be involved in all aspects of the accounting process from sending out rent demands to bank reconciliations for all properties within the portfolio and working on TBS TRAMPS (or APB , ECS) good communication skills and be able to demonstrate a professional manner when liaising with management surveyors and clients. The company is looking for a Client Accountant with good knowledge of property accounts and experience using TBS TRAMPS (or APB or ECS) - the role will be based in Birmingham.
Duties will include:
*Producing full client accounts for your portfolio
*Raising rents and sending out rent demands
*Arrears chasing (frequently passed to property managers)
*Raising insurance demands and other ad hoc charges
*Dealing with leases and setting up correct information on the database
*Processing expense invoices
*Sending out cheques to suppliers
*Producing client statements
*Producing service charge accounts on TBS TRAMPS (or APB or ECS)
*Control of tenant deposits
*Providing cover for cheque runs and wages
*Bank reconciliation for main client bank account
*Client Property Accountant - full role using TBS TRAMPS, APB or ECS in Birmingham
