Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Client Relationship Manager, to work within the Southwest of England.
This is a permanent, full time role, to be based both in the field and at our client’s offices in Manchester and London. Working to an achievable target and as part of a dynamic team, the successful candidate will be calling on the IFA community and introducing/advising Student Accommodation funds and the diverse investment market vehicles that enable investment in to this sector.

The Person:
-The successful candidate will have existing IFA contacts in the South West (Essential).
-A flexible and committed working approach.
-Possess the enthusiasm and drive needed to succeed.
-A full driving license is essential, as travel will be expected.
-Fully FPC Qualified or equivalent (Desirable).
-A successful background in a sales role within the Financial Services Industry.
-In-depth knowledge of the Investment marketplace (Desirable).
-Strong understanding of the IFA marketplace.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Proven relationship management experience and strong influencing skills.
-Confident presentation skills and the ability to interpret information.
-Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload.
Salary:
-Basic up to £30,000 and Commission OTE £70,000
-Car allowance and benefits.
