  • This well known international contractor has had an established presence in Dubai for some time but is now looking to further develop their advantage in the area by appointing a new Commercial Manager to have assume overall control of all pre and post tender financial management duties.
  • The existing operation is small but the scope for expansion and future development is enormous.
  • The requirement is for a well seasoned Commercial Manager with previous experience of the Middle East market, including a proven background in the `early stage` negotiation of major projects with local investors, developers and government organisations.
  • The ability to draw up and negotiate contracts and to oversee the tendering process is also an important pre-requisite of the position.
  • A ground floor opportunity which will offer excellent long-term prospects and the opportunity to help grow an operation which is currently in its early stages.
