Job Description:
You will be responsible the day to day C & E operation within this large 5 star Hotel. You will work alongside the Sales & Marketing team in developing the department whilst ensuring that you achieve the very best in service and standards at all times whilst driving, motivating and developing the team.

Who we're looking for:
It is essential that you are currently operating in the Luxury 5 Star market in an operational capacity looking for a new challenge. You will have a minimum of 3 years management experience within a C & E/C& B environment. It is important that you can demonstrate that you lead from the front and can easily drive and motivate a team. You will have a real eye for detail and be passionate about delivering the best in service and standards.
