Our client an award winning highly respected recruitment company founded in 1999, focused within specific sectors: Banking, Commerce, Energy & Utilities, Public Sector, and Sales – primarily within UK and European markets are looking to expand their banking contract team with an already successful consultant /principal consultant who will have the opportunity to come on board and deliver throughout their PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS ANALYST vertical.
- To facilitate the delivery of consistent high quality candidates to large accounts within investment banking
- To map out the Clients’ structure in it’s entirety
- To mentor the Banking Permanent & Contract Teams
- Manage, develop and foster relationships with Clients at various levels, particularly Human Resources (onsite recruiters) and Senior Line Managers; Proactive Networking, increasing the exposure within the client, gathering requirements, marketing within the client.
- Set goals, targets, and objectives of team members in conjunction with AD in early stages.
- To act as Lead consultant to Clients alongside and in the absence of the Associate Director
- To ensure that individual targets are achieved in accordance with the company business plan.
- To increase team revenue in accordance with agreed targets and objectives.
- To continue to deliver as a recruiter to major accounts.

- Continue to build and develop the levels of business activity from a Client and candidate perspective
- Continue to manage the recruitment process by giving Clients and candidates excellent customer service.
- To ensure that we are delivering the highest calibre candidates to a demanding, exciting and dynamic Client base
- Ensuring consultants are fully briefed on roles and any necessary information is made available to them.
- Accurate and timely database management
- Efficient recording of information and production of documentation.
- Accurate collection of KPIs and Management Information, in adherence with the Clients required data, and the required data of the client.
- Proactive gathering of market and client information.
- Quality control of any correspondence to the client.
