A well known brand with operations throughout Australia, this manufacturing company has recently undergone a restructure and is looking for a Cost Accountant to support the Financial Controller.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Cost analysis for a wide range of products
- Estimating / Costing new and developing product ranges
- Labour costing
- Inventory management and evaluation
- Supply chain analysis
- Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, variance analysis
- Month/Year End reporting
- Capital expenditure
The ideal candidate will be CA / CPA part qualified or qualified with proven costing experience in an FMCG / manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills with an inquisitive mind
- Proactive approach
- Strong Excel skills
- ERP system experience
