LEAD COST PLANNER
DOHA, QATAR
£100,000 ALL IN SALARY
MIXED USE HIGH RISE DEVELOPMENT
THE CLIENT:
Our client is a large international multi-disciplinary contractor. Based in Doha, Qatar they are currently looking for a senior cost planner / lead cost planner to work on the cost planning aspect of a major mixed use development.
THE ROLE AND THE PERSON:
You will be a senior cost planner or lead cost planner at present and will be looking to move to a forward thinking and dynamic contractor based in Doha, Qatar.
You will be degree educated as either a cost planner, quantity surveyor or estimator. You will have in the region of 10 years+ post degree cost planning experience.
The work will initially focus on large scale mixed use towers in Doha but will encompass several other projects that are at various stages of completion and projects that are yet to commence.
You will be responsible to the general manager and will lead a team of cost planners in this important role.
THE REWARD:
You can expect a salary of up to £70,000 + accommodation, car, flights, medical allowance. The total package will be worth circa £100,000 for the correct candidate.
