My Coventry based client are currently seeking a CPN to work within their older adults community team.
Duties will include report writing, undertaking assessments, implementing packages of care and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Hourly rate is dependant on experience, GBP 15-GBP 22 per hr. These roles are on a contract basis and for a minimum of 3 months with a view of being extended. Previous experience is essential due to the complexity of caseload to be carried.
