A Credit Controller with property sector experience (with TRAMPS, ECS or APB) is urgently required to join a major UK property company in their Birmingham office. You will be working within a friendly team of dedicated credit controllers working across a variety of clients and supporting the firm's regional businesses using their database (APB, ECS, TRAMPS).
You must have previous experience as a Credit Controller and preference will be given to candidates who have worked within the Property Sector as a Credit Controller and use either APB, TRAMPS or ECS. As Credit Controller your duties will include:
*Chasing arrears and liaising with client and seeking instructions for recovery using most appropriate method.
*Agreeing repayment plans with tenants.
*Instructing solicitors/bailiffs on recovery actions agreed with client.
*Ad hoc reporting.
*Assisting with the delivery of a full accounting service to both properties Owner and Occupier clients.
*Responding to routine enquiries
*Database management on Excel and ECS, APB or TRAMPS
*Full Credit Controller role
We have a number of roles in both Birmingham and London for Property Accountant and Credit Controllers experienced candidates who are able to use either ECS, TRAMPS or APB.
