An expert CRM and database manager is needed for the development of CRM programmes within a hugely successful consumer media owner.
The successful CRM and database professional will ideally have previous experience of multi platform campaign management in a media or similar organisation.
You will also have a good understanding of database and direct marketing applications and will be an enthusiastic self starter with ambition, whilst having the ability to work with cross functional teams and be focused on deadlines and delivery.
The CRM and database manager will develop and lead the Data Strategy across a multi-media portfolio and help grow significant volume for subscriptions marketing and commercial activities to target and to budget. The successful CRM and Database Manager will provide analysis and access to information systems that facilitate effective decision making and determination of value and ROI on all database marketing activities.
