Our client is a major North-West professional services firm that is currently recruiting a CRM Manager. Your primary responsibility will be the ongoing implementation and development of a firm-wide CRM system and to act as the firm's 'champion' for CRM. Key to success within your role will be to ensure buy-in from senior stakeholders within the firm's various offices.
Clearly, you will be tasked with the management of the new CRM system, ensuring all data is fresh and relevant and that clients and prospects are targeted accurately. You will also take responsibility for the management of another member of the team. You will be a confident communicator who is used to overcoming the objections of senior management.
