DO YOU HAVE RESERVATIONS EXPERIENCE?
Our client is a world leading travel company and now has a new and exciting cruise call centre opening in the Bournemouth area. They are now looking for experienced Reservations consultants to join their Cruise Reservations department.
Role of Cruise Reservations Consultant:
* Dealing with booking worldwide cruises for customers over the phone and by email
* Dealing with all major cruise companies
* Dealing with cruise, flight and hotel reservations
* Providing destination and product advice to clients upon request to help them with their reservation
* Using a Reservations CRS system (preferably Galileo)
* Providing a high level of customer service
* Working to revenue sales targets and commission
Necessary Reservations experience:
* Must have reservations experience within the travel industry
* Cruise knowledge is preferred but not essential
* Must be sales focused, hard working and target driven
* Excellent customer service experience
