Do you have Reservations experience? This highly regarded cruise travel company based in Lancashire is looking for an experienced Reservations Consultant's to join their successful sales cruise reservations team.
My client is an award winning Cruise Company, and has been established for many years. If you are an experienced Travel Consultant then this is fantastic time to join this dynamic, growing and innovative cruise company!
Role of Cruise Reservations Consultant:
*Dealing with booking worldwide cruises to both direct customers and agents over the telephone
*Offering specialist cruise knowledge to customers
*Tailor-making to match customers exact requirements
*Dealing with all the major cruise liners
*Working to strict sales targets
*Using Amadeus and other in-house IT systems
Necessary reservations experience:
*Experience of dealing with travel reservations within a retail travel , or call centre environment
*Some knowledge/passion of selling cruise holidays
*Sales driven with experience of hitting and achieving sales targets
*Excellent customer service skills
