My client is looking for 10 Cruise Travel Sales Consultants to start with them on 1st December 2009.
Travel Industry experience is an added bonus but is not necessary!
Call centre experience, experience in targeted sales, a desire to succeed and delivering fantastic customer service are all essential.
We are looking for candidates with the following :
*Proven consumer sales background
*Ability to learn complex processes, regulations and IT systems
*Familiarity of travel that may have been gained through personal holiday/travel experience
*Reasonable geographical knowledge
*Good organisational skills
*Motivation/hunger to earn large financial commission rewards
*An energetic, 'can-do' personality
*Excellent track record in delivering sales targets
*Strong, enthusiastic team player
*High levels of customer service
*Strong Interpersonal Skills
*Effective organisation and administrational skills
*Ability to achieve over and above revenue targets set

£12,000 PA OTE UNCAPPED £23+
7 DAY SHIFT PATTERN 0800-2200
FULL AND PART TIME (MIN 5 DAYS, 25 HOURS)
In return, they offer a very generous bonus system is in place which will reward you with an OTE of £23K !
