Our client, a leading multinational company, seeks a CTO of MENA Region to join its team.
The role involves understanding the customer business and technical challenges, drive the product team to develop solutions and position these products to solve these problems.
Key Duties
1. Understand the condition of the global telecom market.
2. High level communicate with CTO/Planning Director/Marketing Director level of customers, specialize in the content of operators` progress strategy, customers` new operation and marketing requirement and new network progress direction.
3. Research deeply into the MEandNA plus other emerging market, output trends of competitors, make new multi-product solutions, understand the admission requirements of the operator independent of any product, establish the human resource pool of general , foreseeable and strategic technology expert .
4. Plan and support high level marketing action, deeply participate in some key project.
Skills
1. Rich and extensive background in telecommunications (8+ years). Deep understanding of the technology trend in the telecom field and the requirements of operators. Familiar with the operations, network services and needs of operators. Understanding of market operating rules.
2. Some specialization in telecom technologies. Consultation with customers. Familiar with common cooperation resources, business, law, finance, and analysis methodologies.
3. Excellent communication and motivation skills, good interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent research, communication, lecture and document design skills. 5. Priority for Ericsson,NSN or Motorola background. 6. Priority for Business Development or Key Account Manager background.
7. Business consultancy background is a plus.
