Do you have Ticketing & Customer Service experience? This highly regarded travel company based in Chester is looking for an experienced Customer Service & Ticketing Consultant to join their successful ticketing team.
Role of Customer Service & Ticketing Consultant:
*To ensure that all bookings are ticketed and services accuracy
*Issue tickets for nett and published fared
*Process calls from travel agents and passengers to ensure that all correct information and documentation is received
*Dealing with flights changes
*Liaise with airlines in regards to fare queries, flights changes and enquiries
*Investigating and resolving customer queries
*Deal with visa's
*Deal with amendment and cancellations
*Utilising CRS Galileo and Worldspan
Necessary ticketing experience:
*Experience of working within a ticketing/customer service role in the travel industry
*Experience of written correspondence
*CRS Knowledge and IT Literate
*Excellent Customer service experience
