Reporting to the Senior Customer Service Manager, and joining a team of customer service professionals, your main duties will comprise of :
Providing friendly and professional customer service and support via phone and email
Advising customers on product options and availability
Processing customer orders received via phone, fax and email
Advising of availability, lead times, status of orders and delays
Maintaining customer pricing
Processing stock transfers
Liaise with internal personal including Sales Representatives and warehouse staff
It is essential to have previous customer service in an order taking/processing role from within a manufacturing or industrial environment where you have a demonstrated ability to develop a thorough understanding of your product. Sound skills in Microsoft Word and Excel combined with fast and accurate keyboarding abilities are essential. Technical skills aside you will be a candidate who prides themselves on providing only the highest levels of customer service and care, who will go the 'extra mile' to ensure customer satisfaction is meet. Impeccable presentation and communication is a must if you want to impress this high calibre employer.
