CUSTOMER SERVICE x 12 - 100% INBOUND - MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE - INTERVIEWING NOW....
Role:
Working for a large blue chip company based in Manchester. Our client was set up in 2000 and has been growing year on year ever since. With 3 UK offices and around 1500 team members this is a excellent opportunity to carve a successful career within a business that invests and cares about YOU. We are looking to recruit 12 x customer service agents to start in the new year. You will ideally have a minimum of 12 months relevant experience in a customer-facing role, together with previous experience in an insurance or financial services environment [ideally]. Call centre experience would also be desirable. You must have outstanding customer focus ensuring customer expectations are met and problems are resolved. Effective communication and a positive attitude will ensure success in the role. You will strive to continually improve your performance against all targets in line with the Customer Support KPI’s and provide ideas and feedback to both the Team Leader and their peers to improve processes, quality & sales performance.
Hours:
35 hours p/week based on a shift pattern, that's 8-4, 9-5, 10-6, 11-7 or 12-8pm, these will change weekly, but you will know 1 month in advance. You will also be expected to work 1 in 3 weekends, either a Saturday or a Sunday but in doing so you will be entitled to a day off during the week.
Salary:
£13-14k dependant on experience + bonus [around £200 p/month based on KPI's, retention and sales etc] + benefits [see below]
