We are looking to recruit intelligent individuals who can bring empathy and their experience of life to help customers.We would prefer candidates to have some call centre experience, although this is desirable.
·The main purpose of the role is to take inbound calls from customers responding to various marketing campaigns
·While some outbound calling maybe required such calls will only be to customers who have already contacted our client chasing missing information.
·Extensive training is provided before new recruits start to take customer calls. Working as part of a team under the close supervision of the Team Leaders.The successful candidate will be in a team with typically 9-11 team members.
·The successful candidates will be flexible as the working pattern could include weekends on a rota basis.
