Our Client, a large successful organisation based in Pendeford, Wolverhampton are looking for Customer Service Advisors to work in their Call Centre.
These are full time ongoing positions with the opportunity to go permanent for the right applicants.
You must be flexible to work between Monday and Saturday between 8am-8pm.
Duties include:
*Taking incoming calls in their Call Centre
*Dealing with Customer queries and providing excellent customer service.
.*Providing financial information.
You must have:
*Proven Call Centre/Customer Service experience
*Excellent communication skills
A financial background would also be advantageous but not necessary.
You must also be able to pass a credit check.
