CUSTOMER IMPACT STATEMENT
This position reports to the Insurance Contact Centre Section Manager and is primarily responsible for the retention of Payment Protection Cover, as well as promoting cross sells for our other insurance products i.e. IPA. (This is achieved via inbound calls generated from various marketing campaigns and outbound telemarketing initiatives). Other responsibilities include achievement of business objectives, handling general insurance queries and dealing with some administrative tasks, whilst maintaining superior Customer delight. All of this must be achieved in accordance with established quality/productivity goals and appropriate policies and procedures.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- {.}} -283 Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all insurance product areas.
{ 2.}Handle a variety of calls from Customers responding knowledgeably and enthusiastically at all times whilst providing consistently superior levels of Customer delight.
{ 3.}From both inbound and outbound calling, ensure all opportunities for the sale/retention of insurance are maximised and the Customer is safeguarded with appropriate protections.
{ 4.}Ensure that cross-selling opportunities are consistently identified and progressed.
{ 5.}Track incoming calls as appropriate and assist with more detailed tracking as needed.
{ 6.}Perform administrative duties resulting from insurance initiatives and/or Customer contact as required.
{ 7.}Assist with special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS

Hours:
Full Time: 35 hour week shift rota.
- Monday - Friday between 8am - 8pm and Saturday between 9am - 1pm
