We are looking for Call Centre Team Leaders to work within Glasgow's city centre. You will be responsible for the development of a small business to business sales team, ensuring that they are motivated to achieve all KPI's and sales targets. This position starts as a temporary contract with a view to moving to permanent, based on results.
You will have a background of working in business to business sales and have a proven track record as a team leader. You will have the ability to sell on various levels, building rapport to establish and maintain lasting business relationships. You will have substantial and quantitative experience in developing a team to achieve results in an outgoing calls atmosphere.
For your hard work you will be paid a salary of £17,000 per annum, as well as being able to take advantage of exceptional incentives and an uncapped bonus scheme.
