Job Description :  A great opportunity to be part of a newly established call centre team has arisen for one of the UK's largest Health and Social Care providers. Advantage Healthcare Group is currently recruiting 3 Call Centre Team Leaders to work within a busy office evnrionment both evening and weekends with a possible mixture of Office and Home based. The following duties would apply; To lead an out of hours call team ensuring a professional out of hours telephone service to our Clients and Staff. Ensuring that calls are dealt with promptly and in an efficient manner. Dealing with all escalated medical emergencies as a priority, escalating to Senior Management as per Company Policy. In depth knowledge of the Healthcare market, previous Call Centre experience required.
