We are seeking a Call controller to ensure the effective handling of logged incidents within our call centre in Dudley. The successful Call controller would:-
Proactively handle all incoming queries from existing contracts.
Meet the needs of the clients efficiently processing queries in a timely manner.
Checking customer credit status and passing the call details to the credit controller.
Provide a first line support to all customers and logging faults to engineers accordingly.
You will ideally have experience of a Call centre and working with agreed SLA's. This is a busy office environment taking over 100 calls a day; therefore you must have good computer skills.
In return we can offer a permanent salary of 14,000 - 16,000k, working hours Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30pm, free parking and a friendly office environment.
