Our client is a leading financial services organisation who are currently seeking full time candidates to work in the collections/recoveries departments for their prestigious call centre in Birmingham city centre. The hours will initially be 9-5 Monday - Friday for a 4 week training period, once this has been completed, candidates would work 3 evenings in the week, plus Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 9-5.

The position will involve receiving inbound calls in the collections centre and making out bound calls in the recoveries centre, to liaise with customers in order to negotiate suitable payment terms.

To be considered for this position candidates will need to be customer focused, able to work well in a team, and have a flexible approach, and be able to commit to working evenings and weekends.
