Calling all Retail Catering Managers in Swansea!!

My client is looking for an experienced and autonomous retail catering manager! You must be able to manage, motivate, train and develop your team; have an understanding of sales targets and budgets and how these are achieved; be an ambassador for customer service; and be a team player who is happy to share ideas with fellow colleagues. Above all else you as a retail catering manager will need passion, commitment and genuine leadership ability.
Previous experience in a management position is essential, ideally gained in as a retail catering manager in a coffee shop or food retail environment. You will have a good working knowledge of the basics of food hygiene. A good communicator and a responsible attitude are a must.
The salary for this role as retail catering manager is up to £25,000 plus a competitive bonus
