ROLE AND CONTENT
To manage the development, implementation & evaluation of Customer Marketing campaigns & programmes designed to:
i) protect and grow the value of our customer base;
ii) meet our regulatory obligations.
KEY COMPONENTS OF THE ROLE•Manage the initial stages of campaign planning to achieve set targets and objectives.
•Manage the campaign development process, drafting and agreeing briefs & timing plans, briefing agencies, reviewing creative and presenting recommendations
•Ensure the effective implementation of campaigns through day to day management of our agencies and suppliers, coordinating creative, production, data selections/processing and delivery
•Ensure all material is accurate and compliant, has business sign-off, and is consistent with our brand positioning, values, tone and design guidelines
•Evaluate campaigns and ensure all learning is incorporated into future activity, reporting the effectiveness of each campaign.
•Ensure all campaigns are briefed into and supported by the operation, and integrated with all other marketing activity
•Responsible for managing (and operating within) a proportion of the overall customer marketing budget whilst always looking for innovative ways to reduce costs, especially in print & production
•To drive new and existing customers interest
•You are thinking about TCF outcomes for their Customers and highlighting any perceived shortcomings.
•Ensure all customer communications are clear, fair and not misleading, and are delivered at the appropriate time in line with TCF outcomes.
•Only promote company products to suitably identified customers in line with TCF outcomes.
Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
·Extensive experience of developing and implementing DM/CRM campaigns.
·Ability to judge creative work and proposals against briefs and requirements.
·Experience in agency/supplier management.
·Excellent knowledge of design, print and production processes.
·Good computer skills (Word, Excel etc - ability to set up spreadsheets using formulas, macros etc).
·Good planning, organisational and project management skills.
·Good negotiation and influencing skills.
·Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
·Up to date knowledge of the financial services market place and products
