Campaign/Marketing Co-ordinator/Executive – DM, online
Growing Consultancy seeks an experienced Campaign/Marketing co-ordinator to take responsibility for the development of marketing campaigns for direct mail based around and online, print and email
The key remit and requirements for the role are:

The role
Marketing Campaigns
Work with Marketing manager, cross-functional teams and external agencies to understand campaign requirements, recommend campaign designs and testing strategies and plan and set up campaigns
Manage the entire email /direct mail campaigns from inception to delivery. Defining campaign objectives, campaign designs, list selection and segmentation criteria, testing strategies, creative deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
Create campaign test plans, analyze results, report on ROI and recommend test and improvements
Conduct quality assurance on campaigns before they go live, and monitor execution once they do
Understand dependencies between campaign efforts and other marketing initiatives (e.g., cross-channel launch plans)
Be the technical expert on the use and best practices for email marketing software, and offer insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness
Manage and improve key marketing processes
Ensure that marketing programs are in compliance with various privacy rules, regulations and branding guidelines.
Trade shows/seminars/ customer events
Drive positive customer experience by superior execution in all areas (e.g. communications, agenda, facilities, logistics, presentations, communications, etc.)
To research and co-ordinate the companies attendance at trade shows and exhibitions, and to develop a plan to host our own series of seminars.
To produce with colleagues the agenda and invite and manage delegate packs and registration. Where necessary attend event and ensure that it runs smoothly.
Monthly Reporting and Quarterly Objectives
Maintain a weekly report that demonstrates your performance against the IMS and associated key performance indicators, plus complete all quarterly objectives.
You will need:
campaign management/ marketing communications experience within B2B marketing, with a demonstrated understanding of direct marketing techniques (in particular, online and email marketing), database issues regarding data quality, list selection and targeting strategies, ideally within within an energy-related or financial services industry
Bachelor's degree minimum in business, marketing, communications, or related field
Experience with campaign management software (e.g. icontact, constant contact, etc.) a plus
Strong analytical skills, with experience in segmentation, testing, tracking and reporting of marketing campaigns
Strong project management skills and detail orientation with demonstrated accountability, integrity and sensitivity to deadlines.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, manage, and complete multiple simultaneous projects effectively utilizing non-reporting resources
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to express analytic results and technical concepts in user friendly ways to ensure they effectively inform strategic decision makers
Excellent organization and interpersonal skills, with ability to interface effectively with individuals of varying backgrounds, levels, and expertise
Excellent level with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in CRM software such (Sage, Goldmine) a plus
Database/ technical (Indesign, Quark) background a plus
Language skills an advantage.
