Care Assistant,
Moreton Hill/Stonehouse
We are currently seeking care staff to join our friendly and committed team at Moreton Hill, a 67-bed care home. We care for frail older people, younger people with disabilities and those with dementia. Successful candidates must have a genuinely caring nature, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work on their own initiative.
As a Care Assistant you will attend to the physical and emotional care needs of residents in your care, promoting a person-centred holistic aproach to care, playing a key role within the home. This is a rewarding career choice where you can make a real positive difference to people's lives.
Requirements
The ideal Care Assistant will possess:
Experience in care work is desirable but not essential as we will provide comprehensive training in our specialist areas of care. Barchester staff are supported to deliver the highest possible standards and to ensure that this happens we offer regular ongoing training.
