Under the supervision of nursing staff, our care staff are the first line of contact with our residents: genuine care for their well-being will come naturally to you. We are currently seeking Care Staff to join our friendly and committed team at Hilderstone Hall Care Home, where we provide holistic, person-centred care for frail older people.
As a Care Assistant with usyou will attend to the physical and emotional care needs of residents in your care, promoting a holistic approach to care, playing a key role within the home. This is a rewarding career choice where you can make a real positive difference to people's lives.
Requirements
The ideal Care Assistant candidate should:
- have a genuinely caring nature,
- good interpersonal skills,
- the ability to work on their own initiative,
- be reliable, dependable and committed,
- work well in a team.
Experience in care work is desirable but not essential as we will provide comprehensive training in our specialist areas of care.
