Allied Healthcare are currently seeking a Care Coordinator to join their successful team in Darlington. This is a busy role that requires good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Ideally you will have gained experience in a Healthcare setting and possess a good understanding of care work. Alternatively we will consider applicants from a non caring background who have skills in the coordination of staff recruitment and retention.
Duties and Responsibilities include-
- Coordination of carers
- Recruitment and selection of appropriately skilled carers
- Allocation of staff to clients,ensuring best match
- Client visits to assess needs and review care package
- All administrative procedures are maintained as per Company policy
