TO START ASAP TO COVER 2-3 MONTH PERIOD
MUST BE NVQ LEVEL 4 QUALIFIED IN CARE HOME MANAGEMENT OR EQUIVALENT
Our client is looking for find an experience Care Manager initailly for a period of 2-3 months although there is a possibility that the role could go permanent.
As an experienced Care Manager you will be responsible to the day to day running of the home which can take up to 19 residents. you will be expected to manage staff, their rotas, ensure residents are looked after, order food and sundries, organise events for residents, ensure rules, regulations, health & satefy, confidentiality etc are all adhered to.
You will be working on a shift basis and have the support of the Director.
Tis is an URGENT requirement.
