We are currently looking to recruit Care and Support Workers to join our successful team across Runnymede. Areas include Egham, Virginia Water and Chertsey
The role of the Care and Support Worker is to enable people to remain in their own homes by providing the support and care needed to help them achieve maximum independence.
Benefits we offer include, Fully paid induction training, Support with NVQ training, Paid Mileage, and higher rates of pay at evenings and weekends.Full and Part time hours available as we provide care from 7am-10pm.
CAR DRIVERS ARE ESSENTIAL
Tasks include:
Assisting Service Users with personal care tasks which include; washing, dressing, showering, bathing, dressing and undressing, oral hygiene, toileting and getting in and out of bed.
Assisting Service Users with their mobility using the appropriate equipment as instructed and in accordance with moving & handling policy.
Preparing and/or heating meals, drinks and evening snacks where necessary.
Domestic cleaning, doing the laundry (where it is specified on the care plan).
Shopping, collecting the pension/prescription and assistance with paying bills.
