Our client is a large organisation based in Taunton. They are now seeking a permanent team leader to join their Cashier Team.
The role will be based within the treasury and cashiers team. This role is varied and would be best suited to an enthusiastic team player with good organisational and communication skills. It offers the opportunity for contact with other areas of the business and with external providers. The role will involve identifying opportunities to improve processes throughout the department, as well as line management responsibilities.
Candidates will need the following experience & qualifications:
• IT / PC literate:
o Excel and Access skills
o Use of mainframe general ledger system (ideally CODA)
o On-line bank system knowledge (i.e. Bankline).
• Finance / cashiering background
• Team leader experience
• Qualified AAT or actively studying a professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA or ACA preferred).
