This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading retailer in a newly created high profile role. The business has ambitions plans for the future and require a strong Category Manager with an eye for opportunity who can make these ambitions a reality.
You will have complete responsibility for delivery of the commercial business plans through profitable management of the your product ranges.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop product strategy through the sourcing, buying, ranging, forecasting and tactical promotion of all products, to include existing ranges and NPD.
- Manage a team of two Buyers and one Buyers Assistant.
- Creation and implementation of seasonal trading plan
You will currently be operating at Senior Buyer or Category Manager level within another large retailer and have a successful record of managing people and large turnover areas. The role is currently vacant so please apply immediately to find out more.
