Job Role

Our client is recruiting for a catering manager for their high volume Glasgow business. You will be responsible for up to 200 staff in this busy and high profile position with 8 direct reports. Key responsibilities will include driving sales, managing GP and managing stock carefully to ensure no wastage. You will be an exceptional people manager and develop your team to run the business in a profitable and efficient way.
You will come from a food and beverage management background in a high volume environment. Have vast experience of people management and cost control and be passionate about efficient and high standard service.
Our client is a leading UK contract catering company
Salary is dependent on experience, in the range of £26,000-£30,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
