Our client is looking to recruit a Change and Performance Manager to manage the process of implementing major changes in business processes throughout Children's Service including Information Technology, ContactPoint and ICS.
Primary Responsibilites:
- Maximising the collective efforts of all people involved in the change
- Change management encompassing planning, oversight or governance, project management, testing and implementation.
- Monitoring performance information and date quality within IT systems, and to devise and lead performance and date quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring effective partnership working with Corporate IT and Policy and Performance Units.
- Focusing on the issues of managing the resistance and discomfort experienced by people in the service when new processes or technology are introduced.
Essential Attributes:
- Diploma in Management or Project Management Qualification
- Social Work Qualification
- Senior Management experience within Social Care.
- Full lifecycle experience of the implementationof at least one new information Technology System
