Channel Manager - £60K to £70K package - Cheshire
Channel Manager / Channel Development Manager needed by leading Software Vendor.
The Channel Manager / Channel Development Manager will be responible for the development and maintainance of a Channel Partner Program, both Resellers and OEM.
The Channel Manager / Channel Development Manager will identify, meet and assess potential channel partners then negotiate the appropriate commercial arrangement dependent upon their agreed status (Bronze, Silver, Gold; Full Partner, License Reseller etc).
The Channel Manager / Channel Development Manager will not be responsible for sales through the channel but will be expected to continually review Partners' status and sales volumes as well as continually identify new potential partners. The Channel Manager / Channel Development Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the ongoing partner support programme is fit for purpose as well as help launch new products, such as Hosted solutions.
The Channel Manager / Channel Development Manager must have a background in a similar role, understand how to set up and manage Channel Partners and have worked for a Software Vendor. If the Channel Manager / Channel Development Manager has experience in mid-market ERP, EDM or Finance Software it would be advantageous, however integrity and energy are more important.
