Our client is urgently seeking a Charter Sales and Operations Specialist to manage Sales and Operations of international air cargo charters and air freight shipments to external clients and BU's.
You will:
o Manage external and BU customer relationships to provide air cargo charter and air freight shipment solutions and services
o Manages and prepares proposals for all air cargo charter and air shipment request for quotes.
o Manages and prepares air cargo charter and common carriage service agreements.
o Manages and contracts charter aircraft, air freight, and common carriage services
o Manages and contracts air cargo, aircraft, and airport handling services
o Manages and contracts air cargo ground transportation
o Manages and contracts freight forwarding and logistics services
o Liaises with cargo suppliers and recipients to ensure accurate and timely cargo deliveries.
o Manages records, monitors and tracks all aviation cargo transiting from pick up to final delivery points.
o Reacts rapidly to shifting priorities while maintaining control over critical requirements
o Builds and Manages air charter aircraft and vendor data base
o Collects and Reports air charter and air freight market intelligence
o Ensures receivables and payables are received and processed on a timely basis
o Manages and maintains business relations with air carriers providing air cargo charter and air cargo common carriage services.
o Ensures compliance with ICAO, US Military, NATO, UN and host nation CAA directives
o Liaises with external and warehouse and loading personnel
o Manages vendor and client issues, and when necessary liaises with the Operations Controller, Assistant Operations controller.

Skills
o Extensive heavy-jet and small aircraft air cargo charter aircraft type, capacities, range, and carrier knowledge.
o Extensive knowledge of aircraft operations and service requirements.
o Extensive knowledge of western and Russian air cargo aircraft and providers.
o Knowledge of outsized/heavy and project air cargo operations.
o Dangerous Goods air transport regulations and compliance knowledge
o Air freight forwarding experience
o Fluent Russian language spoken and written
o Passenger air charter experience and knowledge of aircraft types and capacities
