The Position
National Surveying Consultancy requires a Chartered Building Surveyor to head up their Edinburgh based Commercial Department.

Although being a large organisation, the company pride themselves on offering a bespoke service that can be tailored to meet individual client's requirements.
As a multi-disciplinary property consultancy the company offer services that includes: residential and commercial valuation; sale and leases; acquisition and investment; building surveying; development and investment consultancy; rating assessments and property portfolio management.
The role
As a Chartered Building Surveying you will ideally be working within a private practice carrying out traditional surveying duties on commercial properties, and you must be able to give recent relevant examples of the duties listed below:
" Commercial Pre-Acquisition Surveys
" Schedules of Condition
" Contract Administration
" Planned Maintenance Programmes
" Condition Surveys
" Dilapidations Acting on Behalf of Landlord or Tenant
" Development Monitoring
The benefits package for the candidate that can demonstrate the above skills will be negotiable dependant on experience, but will be in the salary band of £35k to 40k plus car allowance.
