Chef de partie, North East, We are currently working with a Rosette awarded hotel in the north east within driving distance of Newcastle . The hotel is part of a group of hotels and can offer great career opportunities and has a restaurant, lounge, banqueting and conference facilities.
The role:
As chef de partie you will be responsible for the smooth running of a section in the kitchen. You will ensure the section runs smoothly, supervise the commis chef in your department and ensure all the dishes are cooked to a high standard.
Experience:
We are looking for a chef de partie with previous experience with Fine dining, rosette or 4 star experience.
