An established contract caterer which has an enviable reputation for providing freshly cooked meals with an established team is seeking a Chef Manager in a modern staff restaurant in the Reading, Berkshire area.
This is a Monday to Friday role to provide breakfast and lunches to the staff on site, using fresh ingredients to provide the highest standards of culinary professionalism.
An important part of the role is also to have a front of house presence, interacting with the customerswhilst ensuring attention to detail for the food service and theatre cooking.
There is plenty of scope for you to develop the menus and enhance the business, whilst mindful of achieving G.P. and effective admin.
A little hospitality is required using menus tailored as required.
