Chef de Partie - High Volume Café / Restaurant, London
This is a great opportunity for an experienced and hard working Chef de Partie to assist the head Chef with the day-to-day running of this contemporary café/bar. The menu is simple but delicious and the offer ranges from sandwiches to grab and go items to traditional classics - pub style food!
The role of Chef de Partie will require you to assist with all aspects of food production for the café and it is a very high volume operation. The ideal candidate for the Chef de Partie role will need to be able to work under pressure and consistently be able to deliver good quality food. The food offer is basic but needs to be delivered quickly and with good presentation. As Chef de Partie, you will be able to influence the menu and must be able to drive and motivate the team. The successful Chef de Partie must have excellent communication skills and you must be able to work under pressure and take leadership. A positive attitude and good work ethic are essential.
As Chef de Partie, you will be working 5/7 days but you will have a bit of a work-life balance, working straight shifts and no more than 50 hours a week. This is the opportunity to join a fantastic company who has a fresh and exciting outlook and who offer excellent career progression.
Salary Offered: Up to 18k - 19k dependent upon experience
