Chef de Partie – Beautiful Venue, South West London!!!
Excellent opportunity has arisen for a creative and experienced Chef de Partie Chef to join this beautiful venue based in Kew. The role involves producing good quality food for 4 different food outlets and catering for between 500 to 15,000 covers daily. They also have a fantastic events branch and they cater for corporate days, weddings and high profile events. The ideal candidate for the Chef de Partie role will be a highly skilled individual who has a good repertoire of cooking skills and must be a very personable individual who is passionate about good food. The role of Chef de Partie would suit a good all rounder and excellent team player with strong supervisory skills. Some form of event experience would be beneficial but not essential. A positive attitude, good work ethic and the ability to cope with high volume and work under pressure is essential.
As a Chef de Partie, you will be working 5/7 days and mainly day shifts with occasional evening events which would then be paid as overtime. Parking is available.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Salary Expectation: 16k to 20k
