Chef De Partie, fantastic Hotel, Dubai . We are currently working with a hotel in Dubai , the Hotel has fantastic facilities including restaurants, bars and very high standard bedrooms. Dubai is a very modern within the Middle East , it is warmer then the UK ! And has very modern facilities.
The role:
As Chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, the sections will change to give experience in each of the sections. Cooking to a high 5 star standard and cooking a range of dishes. You be focused on European dishes.
Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie with previous experience within a 4 or 5 star hotel
